Another playsite for Calendar Year 2017-2018.
THE PICS: It was summer of 2017, when the school hosted a regional training on Mass Training of (Senior High) Teachers or MTOT. I was fortunate to tag along with the ICT group during their immersion. Thank you for the additional learning experience.
Welcoming the new school year.
It is now Sept. 16, 2017. Most public schools have formally began since June 5, 2017 while some private schools started just last month. Now what's new?
Well, not much is new in the school; the school head is the same as last year's, 80% of the previous teachers are there, almost 90% of the non-teaching staffs are the same. The school gym is the same as last year's; senior high was already there since last year, so what more is new? Nevertheless, the school is in its constant improving or growing phase. Renovations are everywhere, new paint, concretized stairs among others. You'll surely notice the difference on your visit.
The list for school new's may not be complete, but sufficient to inform you. The grade 12 students have increased in number, from the first batch of 14 to 6 sections of approximately 250+ students. The PAGCOR building is now ready for use to house all the senior high students and several sections of Junior High students. And also, the ICT lab has increased by 2 more rooms to allow an ICT lab for senior high and a computer lab for Technical Drafting students. Yes, the Drafting shop has now a computer lab for their grade 10 students for their Computer Aided Design using AutoCAD. Just some of the more notable few.
What's new for me? The most notable is the assignment to a subject in senior high. Fortunately, it's an ICT-related subject. Aside from the fast pace of the topics, I will have to deal with the speed of learning and teaching, as well as growing set of outputs to be checked. Men, what an interesting challenge.

Holidays
Ber months have begun. Looking at the calendar, it seems like we have consumed most of the holidays already. Of course I'm wrong at that. It's just that it felt like we just had so many school days without classes already. How I wish we could have the feeling of enjoying holidays while in the school. Wew.
